The Jasper Country Development District #1 includes all unincorporated areas beginning on U.S. Highway 96 at the intersection of County Road 256 and extending due East to the Newton County Line. Turning North along the Newton County Line to the intersection of Sabine County.
Then extending West, Southwest along the Sabine County line to the Southern Shoreline of Lake Sam Rayburn and following said shoreline West until it intersects the Angelina County line. Then continuing along the Angelina County Line until it intersects with County Road 32 and going Southeast until it joins with State Highway 63.
Turning South, Southeast along State Highway 63 to the intersection of State Highway 63 and County Road 96, then continuing North on County Road 96 to the intersection of Country Road 89 and Country Road 96. Continuing along County Road 96 until the intersection of FM 2800. Then turning South, Southeast along FM 2800 until the intersection of County Road 120 and then continuing East with a straight line to the intersection of County Road 256 and U.S. Highway 96 North.
